Shipping Locations

We currently ship across the GCC, including:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Order Processing

Online Paid Orders: Processed and shipped automatically after payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (UAE only): Processed and shipped after order confirmation.

All orders are typically processed within less than 24 hours.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United Arab Emirates: 1–3 days
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 3–5 days

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to external factors.

Shipping Fees

UAE & Oman: Free
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait: 30AED - Free shipping on orders above 250AED

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only within the UAE.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure you provide a valid phone number at checkout. This is required to receive tracking updates and for the courier to contact you regarding delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, shipments may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, government restrictions, or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, conflicts, or force majeure events).

Please note that such delays do not qualify as valid grounds for order cancellation once the order has been processed and shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we take full responsibility. Please contact us, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Our shipping provider will attempt to contact you multiple times if there is an issue with your address.
If you do not respond with the correct details, the order may not be delivered.
